Olyan lírai részekkel gazdagított elbeszélés, amelyben fel lehet fedezni a görög tragédia hatását is. Missziós céllal hirdeti a monoteizmust, éspedig a szektás kegyesség különféle irányzatainak ötvözeteként. Ószövetségi minták alapján szerkesztett erkölcsi intelem a hellenista zsidó apokaliptika, a korai merkava-misztika, a qumráni dualista (különösen a 43. fejezet) és a therapeuta szemléletmód, a zsidó mágia (46,3–47,6) és a karizmatikus nyelveken szólás színeivel. |

In: Studia Doctorum Theologiae Protestantis 3 (2012), 9-36 Zsolt 139,13-16 az ószövetségi antropológia szempontjából fölvet néhány rendkívül izgalmas kérdést. A költemény a magzat anyaméhben való alakulását Isten teremtő munkájának tekinti. |

In: Vetus Testamentum 62 (2012), 636-641 Resheph and Qeteb from Deut 32:24 are considered in modern scholarship as demons. This short paper argues this theory and points out a possible alternative explanation: literary paganism. |

In: Zeitschrift für die alttestamentliche Wissenschaft 124 (2012), 369-384 In the last confession of Jeremiah, Jer 20,7–18, the individual complaint in vv. 7–13 and the poem of vv. 14–18 appear to have been put side by side without any obvious connection. The present study seeks to establish the relationship between these pericopes. A closer analysis of the complaint from a literary critical point of view suggests that vv. 7a.8–9 form the basic layer of the pericope, while vv. 10.12 and 11.13 should be considered as later expansions. Ezzel kapcsolatosan felmerül a kérdés: melyik a régebbi olvasat? Hogyan és miért jön létre ekkora eltérés? A tanulmány ezekre a kérdésekre keresi a választ, és közöl egy új magyarázati lehetőséget. |

In: Cercetări Biblice 5 (2011), 19-30 Compared with the classical stories about the creation of humanity in Gen 1-2, Ps 139:13-16 is a remarkable text exposing some interesting details about variant Israelite concepts regarding human origins. One of those is the idea that divine creation transcends the repetitive processes of birth. It is argued that the Hebrew term, קנה has strong mythological connotations here as well as in other places in the Old Testament. סכך should most likely be correlated with נסך, which is clarified in closely related contexts such as Prov 8:23 and Ps 2:6. |
